Frozen Beverage, Soft Serve Ice Cream and Yogurt, Shake Machines, Batch Freezers

Frozen beverage machines are designed to turn an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage into a frozen slush. The resultant beverage is then dispensed by a spigot handle into a cup or other serving container. What size machine you will need is determined by volume. These machines are rated in gallons per hour.

Soft Serve Ice Cream and Yogurt machines are designed to turn a dairy or non-dairy liquid product into a frozen product that should stand up on a cone. These machines are rated by the number of 4 ounce servings per minute that they can produce. Proper sizing for a location is critical to ensure that potential demands can be met. If in doubt, contact us.

Shake machines are similar to soft serve machines but the product they dispense is less solid so that it can be poured directly into a cup and served as a shake.

Batch Freezers can make single batches of ice cream, sorbet or gelato every six to ten minutes that are usually dispensed into containers where the finished product can later be scooped and served.
